How do I upload my photo?

  2. Upload your photo using the design tool
  3. Adjust the position, size, and rotation as needed
  4. Click "Preview Your Personalization" to see the final result
  5. Review everything carefully before adding to cart

What image format and size should I use?

We recommend high-resolution PNG or JPG images. For best results, use images that are at least 1200×1200 pixels. Avoid blurry or pixelated photos.

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Yes! Use the built-in preview feature to see exactly how your personalized product will look before you place your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 3–7 business days, and shipping takes 3–15 business days depending on your location. International orders may take 2–3 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping charges may apply depending on your country's customs regulations.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

If your tracking hasn't updated for 15+ days (US) or 25+ days (international), contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
